ScanFlow AI turns the iPhone into a fast PDF scanner: it creates clean PDFs, runs private on-device OCR, lets you search text, organize by categories, arrange documents in manual folders and subfolders, import photos or PDFs, and export when you need to.
Problem it solves
It helps users capture paperwork quickly and find it later without sending documents or OCR text to external servers. Documents stay local, OCR runs on the device, and you can combine document-type categories with your own folders. Some Pro tools are being validated through an anonymous interest signal, not a payment screen.

ScanFlow AI now lets you organize documents with categories and with manual folders and subfolders, so you can combine document classification with your own structure.
- Categories describe the document type: receipts, invoices, ID, or work.
- Folders are your own organization: 2026/January, important documents, clients, projects, or family.
- You can move documents between folders when you reorganize your archive.
Pro in validation
ScanFlow AI does not have active in-app purchases or subscriptions yet. The “I’m interested in Pro” button records an anonymous signal without personal data to measure interest before payments are enabled.
- The event may include app version, build, language, and date/time.
- Documents, OCR text, and personal data are not sent with that signal.
