Open ScanFlow AI, tap the scan action, use the iPhone camera, and save the result as a PDF.

To import photos, choose images from your library when you want to convert them into a PDF.

To import PDFs, select a PDF file from the iOS file picker.

OCR runs on the device. You can then search by title, category, or recognized text inside your documents.

Use categories to classify receipts, invoices, IDs, contracts, or work documents.

Use folders and subfolders to create your own structure.

Mark favorites to find important documents faster.

Open the document detail, preview the PDF, and use the share or export option.

To see onboarding again: Settings > Show onboarding again.

To change language: Settings inside ScanFlow AI > App language.

Documents, thumbnails, metadata, and OCR text stay on the device. ScanFlow AI does not upload your documents or OCR text to external servers.

There is no active purchase. “I’m interested in Pro” only records anonymous interest.

Camera unavailable: check camera permissions and that the device has a compatible camera.

Photos permission denied: enable Photos access in iOS Settings if you want to import images.

PDF does not import: check that the file is a valid PDF and that storage is available.

OCR does not detect text well: try a sharper image, better light, and less tilt.

Document does not appear: check filters, folders, favorites, or trash.

Cannot share: confirm the PDF exists and the iOS share sheet destination is available.
