Overview
Easy TV Remote does not automatically collect data, does not include third-party analytics, does not track users, does not show ads, and does not require registration or an account.
Data stored locally
The app may store the TV IP address, TV name, selected language, onboarding state, and saved TV locally on your device.
This data stays on the device. You can delete it by deleting the app or by using the forget TV option when available inside the app.
Local network
The app uses the local network to discover or connect to a compatible Smart TV on the same Wi-Fi network. Initial compatibility focuses on Hisense / VIDAA and may vary by model and software version.
Email support
If you choose to send a support email, we will receive your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.
Support is handled through the email client you choose on your device.
No required backend
Easy TV Remote does not use a developer backend to store user data in this version.
