Nature of the app

Respiro is a free motivational support app for people who want to quit smoking.

No guarantee of results

Respiro does not guarantee that the user will quit smoking. Each process is personal and depends on multiple factors.

Not a medical replacement

Respiro does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have medical questions, consult a healthcare professional.

Estimated metrics

Metrics shown by the app, such as money saved, cigarettes avoided or progress, are motivational estimates and may not be exact.

Use under responsibility

The user uses Respiro under their own responsibility.

Future professional consultations

If consultations with healthcare professionals are activated in the future, they will be non-urgent person-to-person professional guidance. They will not be digital premium content and will not unlock digital features inside the app.

Cancellation and refunds

Message consultation: it may be cancelled before the professional starts responding. Once the response has been sent, there will be no refund except for technical error or justified cause.

Call or video call: it may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. If the user does not attend without notice, the consultation may be considered completed. If the professional cannot attend, rescheduling or a refund will be offered.

Emergencies

Respiro does not provide immediate healthcare. In case of emergency, call 112 in Spain/European Union or your local emergency service.
