Information processed by the app

Photo Cleaner AI may process photos, videos, screenshots, library metadata, favorites, hidden items, approximate file size, analysis results, cleaning sessions, local history, language preferences, and an anonymous Pro interest signal if you choose to tap the related button.

Local analysis

Duplicate detection, similar photo grouping, screenshot review, possibly blurry photo detection, large video review, and older item suggestions run on your device using Apple APIs and frameworks.

Photo Cleaner AI does not upload your photos or videos to developer servers for analysis.

Account and backend

Photo Cleaner AI does not require an account. The current version does not use a developer backend to store user data, photos, videos, or history. It may only send an anonymous Pro interest signal when you tap the related button.

Photos access

Photos access is used only to analyze the items you authorize. If you choose limited access, the app can only analyze the selected photos and videos.

You can change permissions from iOS Settings or from the settings links available in the app.

Deleting photos and videos

Photo Cleaner AI never deletes automatically. You review your selection before continuing, and iOS Photos shows the final delete confirmation.

Deleted items may go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, depending on iOS behavior.

Local storage

The app may store analysis results, last analysis date, detected categories, marked items, language preferences, cleaning history, and usage settings locally on your device.

Pro Interest Validation

Photo Cleaner AI does not include active in-app purchases or subscriptions in this version. Some Pro features may appear as coming soon. If you tap the “I’m interested in Pro” button, the app sends an anonymous event to our website to help measure demand for future Pro features.

This event does not include your photos, videos, name, email address, Apple ID, advertising identifier, or account information. It may include basic technical fields such as app version, build number, selected app language, event name, and timestamp.

We use this anonymous signal only to understand whether users are interested in future Pro features. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Purchases

Photo Cleaner AI may include Pro features in a future update. The current version does not include active in-app purchases.

Analytics and advertising

This version does not include tracking, advertising SDKs, or ads, and does not sell personal data. If external analytics or additional services are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled where required.
